Gstaad is part of the Saanenland located in south western Switzerland, bordering on the French-speaking part of the country. The region can be reached easily by train or car from the Lake Thun region, the Lake Geneva area and the Gruyère area. The view of the snow-capped Bern, Fribourg and Vaud Alps as well as the Gelten and Diablerets Glaciers are a mountain lover's paradise!
